Teen Girl Among Victims Targeted By Trio Busted With Drugs During Assault In Glen Burnie

Three from Glen Burnie were arrested for a violent midday crime spree that included the assault of a teen girl, police say.

At around 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, officers responded to a reported assault at a Gatewood Court home in Glen Burnie after an altercation broke out between a man and woman inside a residence in the 400 block of Hardmoore Court that spilled over to the neighboring street.

Police say that the initial incident involved a 31-year-old man and 27-year-old woman who were assaulted and threatened with a handgun before fleeing to a separate home on Gatewood Court.

From there, one of the suspects followed the victims and continued to assault them and a 13-year-old girl while attempting to force their way into the house, where the suspect was ultimately apprehended by members of the Anne Arundel County Police Department.

The investigation into the assaults led to the execution of a search warrant at the original Hardmoore Court residence, where two more people were arrested and apprehended for their alleged roles in the attack.

According to police, Brandon Ryan Dozier, 33, Reginal Russell Coates, 30, and Lexus Rashae Johnson, 27, all of Glen Burnie were arrested.

Police also seized: 

  • One metal bat;
  • A replica handgun;
  • 34 syringes of suspected Morphine;
  • Two digital scales;
  • Six small clear containers with suspected cocaine;
  • Two bottles labeled "Morphine Sulfate;" 
  • Pill bottle with an obliterated prescription label with  white oval pills of suspected Tramadol Hydrochloridewhite (50 Mg).

Each is facing a host of crimnal charges for their roles in the assault and drug possession.
